Cardio Tennis is a motivating group tennis activity suitable for players of every level. It helps you burn calories while having fun and enjoying yourself with others outside the gym. Everyone works at their own level using live streaming of their current heart rate.
It’s also an outstanding energy fitness programme that combines the best characteristics of tennis and endurance training to achieve optimal calorie consumption, similar to an aerobics training session.
Most women can burn between 300 and 500 calories an hour; most men will burn between 500 and 1,000 calories. At the same time, you can learn some tennis or improve your strokes. You’re guaranteed to improve, whatever your level.
